WhistleForm user roles

Each company has different needs when it comes to the user roles of their notifications managers. The current example shows four roles: 

  • A superadmin, who has access to all of the managed channels; 
  • an admin, who has access to only one of the managed channels; 
  • a manager, who has limited access to notifications of different channels (e.g., only notifications within a certain department or of a certain type); 
  • a read-only admin, who can view but not manage the notifications of one of the channels.
